• You are responsible for the performance and revenue targets of the 12 LUMAS galleries in Germany • You lead the Gallery Managers, work closely with the teams, identify potential and develop it • You actively drive clienteling and train your teams to implement it locally • You develop strategies to make the galleries more successful through networking • You assume full P&L responsibility, manage cost structures and drive profitable growth • You analyze store performance weekly and proactively derive concrete action plans • Recruiting and talent management are top priorities for you to build strong, sustainable teams • You are committed to a strong service ethos — from advisory quality to artwork presentation, the customer experience should be continuously improved • Regular presence at our HQ in Berlin for coordination with Head Office and leadership meetings.
• Several years of experience leading multiple locations or large teams, ideally in a retail environment • You know how to build trust and motivate your teams, with experience in clienteling and developing a loyal customer base — focusing on relationships, not just transactions • Strong P&L understanding is required; budgets and KPIs are part of your daily routine • You coach with conviction and develop people with genuine passion • You communicate confidently in German and English • High willingness to travel within Germany (70%+).
