📋 Description

• Own assigned topic areas and content clusters • Build expertise through primary sources, customer demos and conversations with sales and success teams • Understand Lumiform's product and adapt it to specific use cases and competitor comparisons • Develop benchmark reports and original research by defining angles, selecting data and measuring relevant topics • Research internal and external data and produce academically rigorous reports • Collaborate with marketing managers to distribute research to relevant audiences • Write app-use pages for specific industry use cases, including HACCP, fire safety and vehicle inspections • Write listicles, competitor comparison pages and best-alternative pages • Write customer stories based on real interviews, newsletters and other marketing materials • Publish and manage content in WordPress • Apply SEO and AEO fundamentals • Improve existing content for quality, relevance, structure and performance • Convert data from demos and customer calls into FAQs and on-page answers

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in content marketing • Meaningful experience in B2B SaaS • Top university degree • Native-level English writing • Proven independent research experience using primary sources and evaluating reliability • Ability to develop expertise quickly in unfamiliar regulated topics • Technical curiosity and ability to understand how products work and which problems they solve • Ability to use AI for research and drafting, with human judgment and revision • Clear, creative, approachable, human writing style • Ability to propose original topics and research reports • Reliable, diligent and proactive approach • Experience building benchmark reports, surveys or other original research content strongly preferred • Familiarity with WordPress strongly preferred • Basic SEO knowledge, including keyword research, keyword integration, headings, internal linking and content optimisation strongly preferred • Awareness of AEO (answer engine optimization) and its importance strongly preferred • Experience writing about regulated or technical subjects such as food safety, quality, EHS or logistics strongly preferred
