📋 Description

• Facilitate deliveries of Lumin Digital’s online banking platform and ancillary products and services. • Create and manage multi-phase project schedules with various degrees of complexity. • Consult with clients to understand requests and turn these requests into actionable items. • Coordinate with other project managers, partners, and vendors to facilitate the implementation of their products and services. • Educate stakeholders on issues, risks, and remediation plans. • Assemble and lead status meetings for key stakeholders. • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Four (4) years of project management experience, preferably in financial technology or enterprise software implementation • Experience leading large-scale implementations for financial institutions • Experience working in the Information Technology and/or Financial Technology industry • Proficiency with project planning and project management tools such as Gantt charts and Kanban boards. • Demonstrated ability to develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports
