📋 Description
• Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule • Drive implementations of high-quality AI and digital service solutions • Act as primary contact for clients • Facilitate status meetings and track project metrics • Support user acceptance testing and training efforts • Manage B2B CRM systems and AI software projects
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years project management experience with Salesforce Platform • Experience in consulting environment • Experience applying Agile approaches • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or Amazon Connect • Experience with estimation/sizing, SOW/Change Order • Strong facilitation skills for requirements sessions • Salesforce Admin certification required
