📋 Description

• Set up and manage merchant accounts across affiliate networks including AWIN, ShareASale, CJ, Impact, Levanta, Rakuten, Webgains, and vCommission • Recruit, vet, onboard, and manage publishers and affiliates aligned with categories, audience, and revenue goals • Distribute offers, creatives, and commission terms and maintain partner contact until sales begin • Monitor click and sales data daily, investigate anomalies, and pause suspected fraudulent or non-compliant promotions • Deliver monthly sales validation and performance reports to leadership • Own the Levanta program end to end, including creator recruitment, commission structures, offer setup, sales attribution, ROI tracking, and reporting • Coordinate Levanta activity with affiliate and influencer calendars to prevent double compensation • Source and evaluate influencers using keyword research, Modash, and Upfluence • Model campaign ROAS, write creator briefs, create custom UTM links, maintain creator relationships, and optimize repeat campaigns • Build and manage branded and non-branded Reddit accounts and communities • Create and schedule subreddit-specific posts and comments, monitor mentions, answer questions, and resolve concerns • Launch and moderate dedicated subreddits, including rules and member onboarding • Use automation tools and scripts to track trends, manage accounts, and scale outreach • Analyze community activity and report strategic insights

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in digital marketing focused on affiliate partnerships, influencer marketing, and community management • Hands-on experience managing programs on at least two major affiliate networks, including AWIN, CJ, Levanta, Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale, Webgains, or vCommission • Working knowledge of Amazon affiliate/creator programs; direct Levanta experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to grow a channel from zero to a meaningful share of total revenue • Proficiency with SimilarWeb, Modash, Upfluence, or comparable vetting and discovery tools • Strong analytical skills in UTM tracking, attribution, ROAS modeling, and fraud detection • Clear written English and discipline to report consistently • Experience in home goods, textiles, furniture, or a related e-commerce category is nice to have • Familiarity with Social Snowball, Insense, ShopMy, or GoAffPro is nice to have • Publisher and editorial outreach experience is nice to have
