📋 Description

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of talent to support company needs • Lead internal hiring efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing job postings • Oversee outreach and screening processes to engage the right candidates • Maintain an organized and up-to-date talent database, tracking availability and qualifications • Develop and improve talent policies and workflows to support smoother hiring operations and enable the team to scale • Work closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 2-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or related roles • Excellent spoken and written communication skills • Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution • Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right • Energy and drive; hunger for self-improvement • Excited by a fast-paced, startup culture with ambiguity, autonomy, and problem-solving • Talent for identifying process improvement opportunities and creative ways to structure operations • Interest in working in healthcare and helping healthcare innovation flourish • Fully committed to a single full-time role • This role operates in Eastern Time (EST) hours
