📋 Description

• Research, onboard, and support affiliate partners and creators • Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate communication and support • Maintain an organized affiliate database with performance notes and contacts • Ensure affiliates have accurate links, discount codes, and brand guidelines • Manage affiliate links, tracking, and discount codes in Shopify and affiliate platforms • Monitor compliance with brand standards and promotional guidelines • Coordinate product seeding or samples for affiliate partners • Troubleshoot basic issues involving links, tracking, or commissions • Track affiliate performance, conversions, and revenue contribution • Prepare weekly or monthly affiliate performance reports • Identify top-performing partners and scaling opportunities • Flag underperforming affiliates and recommend improvements • Share approved brand assets, promotional briefs, and product updates • Support affiliate campaigns for launches, promotions, and seasonal pushes • Collect and organize affiliate-generated content for potential reuse • Assist in drafting affiliate communications and campaign guidelines • Maintain affiliate records, files, and documentation • Help document workflows and SOPs as the affiliate program scales • Support additional marketing initiatives as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with affiliate tools such as ShopMy, Rakuten, or similar platforms • Solid understanding of affiliate programs, including recruitment, links, commissions, and payouts • Comfortable navigating Shopify for orders, discount codes, tracking, and reporting • Able to track performance and manage many partners accurately • Clear, friendly, and professional written communication • Organized self-starter able to maintain records and workflows in a fast-paced environment • Experience working with creators or influencer partnerships is nice to have • Exposure to DTC or e-commerce brands is nice to have • Clean background • Good camera • Good microphone • Strong Wi-Fi • Full-time availability, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MST
