🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and shipping digital products end to end. • A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful UX, high-quality craft, and strategic impact. • Mastery of Figma and component-based workflows across multi-product environments. • Strong systems thinking and experience evolving scalable design systems. • A deep curiosity for users and a drive to solve real pain points with clarity and care. • Excellent collaboration and storytelling skills across cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders. • A track record of mentoring others and raising the bar for quality and process.
