📋 Description

• Collaborates with internal and external business partners to improve healthcare value • Designs, plans, delivers, evaluates, and continually supports strategic enterprise initiatives • Tracks project progress into project management system to ensure standardized report outs • Facilitates team meetings, identifies key actions and follow up items • Executes aligned, short and long-term departmental and divisional goals, strategies, and vision

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration, healthcare management, project management or closely related field • 3 years progressive experience in project management or completion of a healthcare administrative fellowship program • Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and situations • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple complex tasks and projects in a fast paced work environment • Ability to focus on details and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Must collaborate and possess resilience, managerial courage, flexibility, ethics, and professionalism
