📋 Description

• Own CRM across email and WhatsApp: strategy, flows, contact policy and results • Build and improve lifecycle flows including onboarding, activation, reactivation and win-back based on user behaviour and product signals • Own segmentation and work with product on missing user attributes and events • Set up and maintain channel integrations together with engineering • Run a regular testing cadence and measure impact in revenue and retention • Build channel reporting and explain results simply to the team • Keep communication caring, private and on-brand, ensuring subject lines and previews do not reveal that someone is in therapy • Work closely with product, engineering and analytics with autonomy over messaging timing and audience

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in CRM / lifecycle / retention marketing in product companies • 1+ years owning the channel end-to-end with a revenue KPI • Hands-on experience with Customer.io, Braze, Iterable or similar, including the data model, event-triggered campaigns and API/webhooks • Comfort with data: build your own reports and know how to prove that a campaign actually worked • Solid deliverability and GDPR basics • Strong writing and an ethical, care-driven approach to retention • Nice to have: WhatsApp Business API or push notifications • Nice to have: experience in health, wellness or mental health products • Nice to have: SQL basics; Mixpanel, Looker or BigQuery • Nice to have: working across two or more markets/languages
