📋 Description

• Develop and implement UX/UI solutions for products • Develop initial ideas through wireframes and prototypes to final implementation • Conduct user testing and research activities • Derive concrete design decisions from user research • Work with existing design guidelines and further develop them • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and UX colleagues • Bring together user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities • Represent the UX perspective to stakeholders and build acceptance for user-centered work • Support product teams in integrating user-centered methods • Further develop UX processes from discovery and research through validation and implementation • Identify and introduce opportunities to advance UX maturity

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4–5 years of experience in UX/Product Design • Experience contributing to and significantly advancing design organizations, UX processes, or ways of working • Ability to reflect on design decisions and their outcomes in a clear and traceable manner • Experience with complex digital products, ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or enterprise environment • Portfolio showcasing completed solutions and a clear account of your contribution to their development • Confident communication skills in German and English
