📋 Description

• Provide remote short-term, evidence-based coaching sessions with adults • Participate in training related to Lyra’s evidence-based mental health coaching model • Support clients around emotional and mental health by practicing empathy, holding a warm, safe space, exploring difficult emotions, focusing on coaching the person rather than trying to solve or fix the problem, and offering research-backed skills and practices • Share assessments with clients between sessions to enhance learning, monitor client improvement, and ensure clients receive the right form of care • Engage in ongoing clinical consultation with Lyra’s expert clinical team • Maintain adherence to Lyra’s coaching model and quality standards • Deliver culturally responsive care to clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Graduated from a coach certification training program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Association of Coaching (AC), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC Global), or the local equivalent, OR hold advanced ICF credentialing (ACC, PCC, MCC) • Completed a minimum of 100 coaching hours with adults post graduation • Full professional fluency in German • Professional proficiency in English is a plus • Coach is registered and works fully from Switzerland or Germany • Attach a resume, certificate of completion from an accredited coaching program, and/or ACC, PCC, MCC credential
