📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality counselling through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic modalities • Apply evidence-based, solution-focused interventions tailored to workplace wellness and employee care timelines • Complete all case notes within Lyra’s 24-hour documentation compliance timeframe • Maintain clinical notes meeting global quality standards and audit protocols • Verify client interactions through Lyra’s official notice system before initiating EAP treatment • Identify high-risk cases, crises, and clinical red flags and follow emergency-handling SLAs • Adhere to Lyra’s direct-transaction policy; fees are handled centrally and direct billing is prohibited • Follow the strict non-solicitation policy and maintain professional boundaries • Align with internal operations and clinical oversight teams • Demonstrate Lyra’s values of clinical excellence, innovation, and empathy • Complete clinical and administrative tasks accurately within agreed SLAs • Participate in global standards of care and help corporate employees navigate personal and professional challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD • Valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India • Minimum of two years of post-qualification clinical experience after completing a Master’s degree • Prior EAP service-provider experience highly preferred • Profound understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models • Proven expertise in EAP services and workplace wellness • Expertise in stress management and occupational burnout • Expertise in relationship and interpersonal issues • Expertise in grief and bereavement counselling • Expertise in family/play therapy or specialized creative interventions • Exceptional clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based practices • Ability to meet strict administrative and documentation deadlines • Adaptive verbal and written communication skills across multiple modalities • Meticulous confidentiality, record-keeping, and compliance practices • Ability to collaborate with internal operations and clinical oversight teams
