📋 Description

• Provide high-quality mental health support to corporate employees across multiple modalities • Deliver counseling face-to-face, virtually, and telephonically • Apply evidence-based, short-term, solution-focused interventions for workplace wellness and employee care timelines • Complete all case notes within Lyra’s 24-hour documentation requirement • Maintain clinical notes meeting global quality standards and audit protocols • Verify all client interactions through Lyra’s official notice system before initiating treatment under the EAP umbrella • Identify high-risk cases, crises, and clinical red flags • Follow Lyra’s Service Level Agreements for emergency handling • Adhere to Lyra’s direct-transaction policy; fees are handled centrally • Follow the strict non-solicitation policy • Align with internal operations and clinical oversight teams • Act as a Lyra brand ambassador demonstrating clinical excellence, innovation, and empathy • Participate in the global standard of care and help employees navigate personal and professional challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD • Valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India • Minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification clinical experience following completion of a Master’s degree • Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred • Profound understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models • Proven expertise in EAP Services & Workplace Wellness • Expertise in Stress Management & Occupational Burnout • Expertise in Relationship & Interpersonal Issues • Expertise in Grief and Bereavement Counselling • Expertise in Family/Play Therapy or specialized creative interventions • Exceptional clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based practices • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to establish therapeutic alliances across multiple modalities • Attention to confidentiality, record-keeping, and compliance procedures • Ability to meet strict documentation deadlines and agreed-upon SLAs
