📋 Description
• Recruits mental health providers for specified roles and in specified geographic areas, which may include screening resumes, scheduling interviews, servicing as the provider’s primary point of contact
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of work experience in a clinical recruitment role in a healthcare industry, especially recruiting mental health therapists, strongly preferred • Passionate about changing the landscape of Behavioral Health • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including an outstanding phone presence; excellent influencing and negotiating skills • Proven record of success; strives for excellence, productivity, and excellence • Proficient in Recruitment Technology stack, familiarity with Lever preferred, CRMs, e.g. Salesforce, and customer service platforms, e.g. ZenDesk, and/or HR platforms
