• Become a subject matter expert on Lyra’s pricing model and all variables that influence win rate in the Employer Solution market • Translate complex pricing models into simple, sellable structures, partnering with Product Marketing to lead internal enablement and external communication on pricing • Develop quotes and proposal documents for prospects in partnership with the Sales and Customer Success team • Provide recommendations for streamlining the quote-to-cash process, driving strategy and operational improvements • Serve as a core thought partner for Sales and Customer Success teams, providing guidance on deal structuring for prospective and renewing employers • Effectively manage towards deadlines and set expectations on timelines with cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance or other relevant/quantitative disciplines • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, consulting, finance, business operations, or similar • Experience with forecasting, data analysis, and developing financial models to support business decisions, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial data into clear narratives for GTM leadership and external clients • Organized and diligent in consistently meeting deadlines while managing competing priorities • Analytically and operationally minded, demonstrating sound business judgment • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality
