📋 Description

• Own the local relationship with global corporate customers in Australia • Ensure seamless program implementation with clients • Respond to client needs and crises as required • Collaborate with Global and Local Account Consultants for program launches • Proactively identify local account risks and convert potential issues into strategic opportunities • Advise customers on service promotion in the Australian mental health landscape

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years managing large corporate client relationships • Ideally 2 years specifically within an EAP or comparable Mental Health Services setting • Suitable qualification/background in Psychology or Mental Health • Excellent presentation skills
