📋 Description
• Organize and coordinate webinars, training sessions, presentations, and urgent special interventions (CI – Critical Incidents) for clients in the countries we support • Alert and coordinate trainers or psychological support within our network • Collaborate with Lyra's international headquarters in the UK / South Africa and with relevant teams worldwide • Review translations (in French) of training materials and documentation • Assist with administrative tasks, as well as chat and email support
🎯 Requirements
• Strong organizational skills and a strong service- and client-satisfaction orientation. • You are an open, personable team player who likes taking initiative, maintains an overview even under heavy workloads, and stays calm during busy periods. • You work independently, accurately, and to a high standard of quality. • You have an excellent command of Google tools. • You must be fluent in French (preferably near-native), English, and German, as you will use these three languages daily. Knowledge of Italian is an asset. • Preferably, you have previous experience in a coordination role.
