• 15+ years in product leadership, including 5+ years leading large, multi-layered product organizations. • Experience at scale in healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or mission-driven technology environments. • Proven track record of building products that deliver measurable outcomes (clinical, engagement, or financial). • Experience operating as a senior executive in a high-growth environment. • Visionary yet pragmatic: able to balance long-term strategy with near-term execution. • Strong systems thinker with portfolio-level perspective. • Exceptional cross-functional collaborator and influencer. • Data-driven decision-maker with deep user empathy. • Experience in mental health or behavioral healthcare. • AI/ML product leadership experience, particularly in regulated or clinically sensitive contexts. • Experience serving large enterprise employers or health plans.
