Drive ROI discussions, develop business impact models, and champion value-based selling to demonstrate measurable outcomes for customers. • Act as a trusted technical advisor. Collaborate closely with customer executives and internal stakeholders to shape solution strategy, influence the product roadmap, and ensure successful customer outcomes. • Deliver hands-on, impactful solutions. Use your technical expertise (Python, SQL, data connectors, APIs) and industry knowledge of supply chain challenges to design, build, and deliver fast, scalable solutions. • Elevate the team and process. Mentor junior presales talent, build repeatable demo frameworks, and implement scalable processes that boost efficiency and win rates across the sales cycle.
• 8+ years of technical presales or solutions engineering experience in enterprise software, with a strong background in either supply chain software or AI/ML platforms • Deep understanding of supply chain processes and technologies, with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value • Strong presentation and demo skills with experience speaking to both technical and executive-level audiences • Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
