📋 Description

• Lead the AI Ops team from day one, owning delivery, growing the function, and proving its value • Lead three AI Ops Engineers, including their delivery, development, and day-to-day work • Prioritise competing requests from multiple teams using a clear prioritisation framework • Design and ship multi-agent systems and production-grade automations • Build RAG pipelines for internal knowledge retrieval • Maintain the AI tooling stack as usage scales across 2,500+ employees • Evaluate emerging AI tools based on practical value • Refine AI training for the wider organisation and Software Engineering teams • Serve as an internal consultant helping Software Engineering teams integrate AI into customer-facing products • Report to the Director of Security

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building production-grade automations and AI agents using scripting, workflow tools, or AI-assisted development • Hands-on experience building multi-agent systems with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, Google ADK, or similar • Experience with RAG pipelines for internal knowledge and workflow automation • Background in enterprise tooling, including rapid prototyping tools, identity automation, or internal platforms • People leadership experience, including leading or mentoring engineers and owning team delivery and development • Ability to work within UTC -1 to UTC +3 time zones • Successful candidates must complete pre-employment background checks, including criminal records, identification verification, academic qualifications, employment dates, and employer references • Legal right to work in the country being applied to
