📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage projects in BIM management, digital data processes, and AI-driven workflows at the interface between our clients and our development team. • Analyze, structure, and optimize building data across the entire lifecycle. • Support the implementation and further development of digital validation processes, automated workflows, and AI applications. • Familiarize yourself with standards, regulations, and BIM guidelines. • Coordinate with development teams on functional requirements, data flows, and AI solutions. • Prepare technical documentation, guidelines, and project reports. • Perform technical testing and validation of software and AI solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor's or Master's) in Civil Engineering, Construction Informatics, Digital Construction, Computer-Aided Modeling and Simulation, BIM, or a related discipline. • Interest in BIM-based asset management, digital data processes, and AI-enabled applications. • Analytical, structured, and precise working style. • Responsible, self-motivated, and communicative personality who enjoys working in project teams with clients. • Very good German language skills; English proficiency is a plus. • No extensive professional experience required, but you should have completed some internships — motivation, structured work approach, and your personal fit are what's most important to us.
