📋 Description

• Lead projects in the areas of marketing and brand strategy, consumer insights, customer segmentation, innovation and growth strategy, as well as change management and organizational development • Serve as the primary contact for our clients and take overall responsibility for the accounts you oversee • Act as a sparring partner for project teams, ensuring the quality of presentations and decision documents • Responsible for scheduling and coordinating personnel resources, ensuring project profitability • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships • Lead and drive acquisition activities, new-business initiatives and thought leadership topics • Mentor and provide ongoing training and development for consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Strong master’s degree in economics/business administration or marketing (above-average academic record) and five to eight years of professional experience • Proven track record in management consulting and/or a management role in marketing/branding, with extensive experience and relevant expertise in corporate and brand strategy • Extensive experience in project management, managing client relationships with senior executives, and developing new business opportunities • Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a high level of commitment and team spirit • Excellent analytical skills, creative thinking and a structured approach • Resourcefulness, a pioneering mindset and entrepreneurial spirit • Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken) and strong MS Office proficiency
