📋 Description

• Responsible for building the retail structure in the Munich region • Manage stores based on KPIs • Jointly responsible with Store Managers for growth and sales • Coach shop managers • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to ensure service quality and customer loyalty • Recruit new employees in collaboration with Store Managers and the recruitment department

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in regional management • Motivational leadership skills • Excellent numerical understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset • High commitment, speed and a hands-on mentality • Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
