📋 Description

• Be a communication and relationship liaison between M3, clients, and other teams involved in the project’s completion • Manage all aspects of the project, ensuring excellent client service and delivery on time and within budget • Manage international market research projects through entire project lifecycle • Custom recruitment of hard to find niche targets • Coordination of project kick-off meetings • Programming, translations, overlays and testing to meet quality standards • Project launch execution and analysis, providing feedback to clients • Fieldwork management, delivering timely updates and monitoring project recruitment • Ensure market research participants have a positive experience • Comply with M3’s operating procedures, ensuring all practices follow ISO Accreditation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Must have 2 years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare • Exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet departmental objectives • Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time • Experience in international market research, with focus on healthcare
