📋 Description
• Develop and implement workflows to facilitate client responsibilities and role-based assignments. • Create centralized repositories for risks, controls, and supporting documentation. • Assist in the integration of the client tool with client-specific systems and external platforms. • Support automated testing and validation processes. • Collaborate with the Senior Developer and stakeholders to refine requirements. • Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
🎯 Requirements
• Active Secret security clearance. • Bachelor’s degree for Journeyman level and 3 - 10 years of experience. • Possess advanced expertise in ServiceNow configuration. • Ability to design, customize, and optimize workflows, integrations, and system functionalities to meet complex organizational requirements. • Experience with system integration and data migration is preferred.
