📋 Description

• Lead all development activities for greenfield, mid‑stage, and advanced wind and BESS projects in Italy • Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring smooth execution across all development phases • Direct and coordinate the work of external developers, engineering firms, consultants, authorities, institutions, and advisors to secure all necessary permits, authorisations, and administrative approvals • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks across financial, legal, technical, regulatory, and environmental dimensions throughout the development and implementation process • Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders • Support continuous improvement of development and project management practices, contributing to portfolio expansion, scalability, and the technical and financial optimisation of active projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project development • Good experience in renewable energy project development, ideally spanning multiple technologies (BESS, wind, and solar) • University degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline • Strong understanding of the Italian renewable energy market, including permitting pathways, regulatory frameworks, and grid connection processes • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects, including documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of external interfaces • Solid knowledge of industry standards, administrative procedures, and regulatory obligations • Highly motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills • Native or fluent Italian, with strong English proficiency for technical and professional communication (written and spoken)
