• Operações complexas de financiamentos (Project finance); • Elaboração de documentos de ofertas públicas de valores mobiliários (CRI, CRA, debêntures e securitização); • Elaboração e atualização de formulários de referência; • Operações de M&A.
🎯 Requirements
• Graduação completa em Direito e OAB ativa; • Preferencialmente formação entre **12/2024** e **12/2025**. • Inglês entre avançado/fluente; • Experiência prévia em Financiamento de Projetos, Mercado de Capitais, M&A e Societário;
