📋 Description

• Provide advice and draft memoranda on matters involving direct taxes and analyze corporate structures and their tax implications; • Support tax audits, prepare tax inquiries, and perform other activities involving interaction with tax authorities; • Prepare and conduct administrative defenses against notices of assessment involving the collection of direct taxes; • Conduct tax audits and prepare reports identifying and assessing various tax contingencies; and • Collaborate with team members, other firm departments, and clients to understand and resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (completed); • Advanced/Fluent English; • Experience in Tax Law, with practice in CARF (Administrative Council of Tax Appeals) proceedings and federal administrative litigation; • Experience with taxation of investment funds and tax-oriented corporate structuring is a plus.
