• Client relationship management; • Management of labor litigation involving strategic client portfolios; • Drafting pleadings and all procedural filings throughout the case lifecycle; • Representation in administrative and judicial proceedings before the Public Labor Prosecutor’s Office (MPT); • Conducting hearings and delivering oral arguments; • Advising on routine employment matters and on specific projects.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree (completed); • Advanced English; • Extensive experience in labor law and with strategic client portfolios; • Strong client relationship skills; • Business development and client prospecting skills;
