• Play a pivotal role in our sales process as a technical expert and advisor • Managed and executed inbound and outbound sales calls • Collaborate with Marketing Consultants for campaigns • Conduct demonstrations of iManage and MacroAgility Software • Work closely with sales team to comprehend client needs • Perform comprehensive needs analyses with prospective clients • Craft and present quotes, proposals, and responses to RFPs and RFIs • Maintain open communication with clients and partners • Execute detailed technical assessments with prospective clients • Serve as the critical link between sales and engineering teams • Represent the company at conferences and exhibitions • Stay informed on industry trends and innovations • Assist with technical setup on platforms such as Azure AD, Okta • Engage in the Customer Journey process following project completion
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field • A master’s degree is a plus • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role within the software or technology consulting industry • Strong technical background with a comprehensive understanding of software development processes, architectures, and cloud technologies • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently in a remote setting • Willingness to travel as required
