• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering. • Postgraduate studies (ongoing or completed). • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools applied to data analysis, insight generation, and decision support. • Strong interpretation, critical analysis, and synthesis skills. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills; proactive and creative profile. • Experience in consulting projects related to planning and strategic management.
