• This is a remote position. • About Madiff: Madiff connects top tech talent with global enterprises and innovative start-ups, delivering digital solutions and Agile teams across Poland, Portugal, France, and the UK. • We are seeking a recruiter with an engineering background who wants to combine technical expertise with modern, AI-powered recruitment. • This is a full-cycle recruiter position where you will use both your domain knowledge and the latest automation tools to run and optimise all recruitment activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical background: degree or experience as a developer, QA, data engineer, or similar. • Experience as a recruiter, ideally in tech or IT. • Hands-on experience with AI or automation tools in any stage of the recruitment process. • Strong communication skills in English (C1) and Polish. • Highly organised, proactive, and ready to work independently. • Nice to Have: Experience automating recruitment workflows; Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience.
