📋 Description
• Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 Data Engineers and Power BI Developers • Define and oversee implementation of data engineering best practices • Drive development of data pipelines, CI/CD processes, and Medallion architecture in Azure • Collaborate with Project Manager and US stakeholders on requirements and delivery • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of data solutions • Guide the team on advanced topics such as vector search, hybrid search, and Genie integration
🎯 Requirements
• Proven leadership experience as a Data Engineering Tech Lead • Strong background in Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD • Proficiency with Databricks, Python, and PySpark • Hands-on experience with data pipelines, Data Warehouse / Data Lakehouse, and Medallion architecture • Strong understanding of identity and access management (OAuth, OpenID, SAML, JWT) • SQL proficiency • Git proficiency • Experience leading teams of Data Engineers and Power BI Developers • Collaboration experience with international/US stakeholders • Nice to have: Experience with LLMs and AI agents; knowledge of VectorSearch/HybridSearch; familiarity with advanced data security models
