📋 Description

• Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic goals • Develop and deploy AI/ML models and build the product • Architect and oversee development of a scalable, secure, and user-friendly platform • Recruit, manage, and lead a high-performing engineering team as the company scales • Collaborate closely with the CEO to refine product vision and ensure technical feasibility • Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to maintain a competitive edge • Implement best practices for testing, deployment, and monitoring to ensure quality and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML • Proficiency in building and deploying AI/ML models, including NLP, recommendation systems, and generative AI • Strong backend development skills, including Python and Node.js • Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Azure • Experience with scalable architectures, APIs, and microservices • Ability to think like a product manager and design systems that prioritize user experience and business impact • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or building a product from scratch is a big plus • Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and lead engineering teams • Genuine interest in leveraging AI to disrupt traditional industries • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Graduated from top engineering schools with honours
