📋 Description

• Recruitment and selection of sales professionals; • Training, development and management of the sales team; • Monitoring team performance indicators; • Defining strategies to guide the team; • Prospecting new business and managing partner relationships; • Developing commercial initiatives and incentive programs for the sales force; • Supporting sales professionals in managing and maintaining client portfolios.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed). • Experience in recruiting and selecting sales professionals; • Experience in prospecting and opening new business; • Experience in training, developing and managing commercial teams; • Active presence on social networks for sourcing candidates and clients; • Proficient in Microsoft Office; • Availability to travel. • **You will stand out if you have:** • Certifications or a postgraduate degree in management or related fields; • Experience in the insurance market, preferably in Life insurance; • Technical knowledge of financial products and investments.
