📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop Network Operations Tech Leads; Own the full employee lifecycle for the NetOps team • Define and enforce operational standards, processes, and SLAs across network operations; Act as the escalation point for critical network incidents • Align network operations strategy with the broader technology roadmap; Manage relationships with connectivity providers and infrastructure partners • Own and maintain the network operations documentation framework, including runbooks, SOPs, diagrams, and incident procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills (C1 or higher) • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • Proven experience managing technical teams in network operations or similar 24x7 environments • Strong technical background in networking, including Layer 2 & 3 (VLANs, trunking, spanning tree), IP networking (BGP, OSPF, ACLs, subnetting), Network security (firewalls, DDoS mitigation), Monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, LibreNMS) • Experience managing critical incidents with structured communication and resolution • Strategic mindset with ability to balance operational demands and long-term planning • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Industry certifications such as CCNA required; advanced certifications (e.g., CCNP) are a plus.
