📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate, and analyze civil and corporate contracts; • Issue legal opinions and provide legal advice to internal departments; • Identify legal risks and propose business-aligned solutions; • Support standardization of contracts, clauses, and internal workflows; • Serve as a technical reference for the legal team; • Conduct legislative, regulatory, and case law research; • Coordinate and align with partner teams and stakeholders; • Support compliance with internal policies and compliance guidelines; • Ensure the technical quality and proper organization of legal documents.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association); • Solid experience in Corporate Legal Advisory; • Experience drafting and negotiating corporate contracts; • Experience preparing legal opinions and advisory responses; • Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) as applied to contracts; • Advanced English; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with contract management tools; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
