📋 Description

• Independent case management; • Real estate practice (possessory actions, eviction, real estate development/incorporation, shopping centers) and contract law (drafting, review, termination, pre-litigation negotiation); • Preventive legal advisory to other areas of the company; • Preparation of reports and procedural documents; • Participation in hearings and oral advocacy.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (Juris Doctor or equivalent); • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Technical knowledge of the CPC (Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure), the Tenancy Law (Lei do Inquilinato), the Real Estate Incorporation Law (Lei de Incorporações) and the Civil Code; • Experience in civil and real estate litigation; • Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts; • Experience conducting hearings and preparing procedural documents; • Ability to manage cases independently; • Strong legal writing skills and an analytical profile; • Preferable experience with shopping centers and commercial leases; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
