📋 Description

• Handling litigation involving Banking Law; • Drafting defenses, appeals, procedural submissions, legal opinions, and legal consultations; • Analyzing litigation strategies and defining defense arguments; • Attending hearings and ensuring compliance with procedural deadlines; • Preparing management reports and updating case tracking systems; • Conducting doctrinal and case-law research to support the firm's matters; • Serving clients and participating in meetings to align strategies; • Coordinating with correspondents, representatives, and other support areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Proactive and able to work collaboratively in a team; • Experience in a high-volume law firm; • Prior experience in civil litigation, preferably with a focus on Banking Law; • Experience drafting medium- and high-complexity court pleadings; • Knowledge of consumer protection legislation as applied to financial institutions; • Experience with revision actions, indemnity claims, enforcement proceedings, judgment enforcement, and other banking-related matters; • Familiarity with the electronic case management systems of major courts; • Strong legal writing skills, organization, and deadline management; • Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented profile; • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
