📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of civil, environmental, criminal, and administrative cases at all levels of jurisdiction, ensuring rigorous procedural monitoring and review of technical materials. • Define legal strategies in coordination with the legal coordination team, balancing legal risk, costs, and opportunities to mitigate contingent liabilities. • Coordinate external law firms handling cases in the region, ensuring technical alignment, adherence to deadlines, and the quality of defenses. • Produce analyses and portfolio reports for accounting provisions, budget control, and management reporting. • Interact with engineering, property development, and customer service teams to understand the factual context of claims and support defenses. • Identify patterns and trends in the portfolio that enable preventive actions and contribute to the reduction of contingent liabilities. • Participate in hearings with public judicial authorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association). • Experience in civil litigation, with autonomous portfolio management at multiple levels of jurisdiction. • Experience in real estate law, property development, or construction is a relevant advantage. • Ability to draft court filings and legal opinions with technical quality and coherent legal arguments. • Familiarity with case tracking systems and portfolio management tools. • Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
