📋 Description

• Management of Legal BPO Operations • Lead the implementation, stabilization and evolution of Legal BPO services, ensuring an efficient and sustainable transition. • Operational Consulting and Process Transformation • Gain a deep understanding of clients' legal operations, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation and efficiency improvements. • Technical Specialization • Ensure the correct execution of services related to the capture and management of publications. • Service Evolution and Innovation • Collaborate with Product, Technology and Operations teams to drive the continuous evolution and innovation of Legal BPO services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law. • Solid experience in Legal Controllership, Legal Operations or Legal BPO. • Experience managing and sustaining legal operations, with a focus on efficiency, process standardization and serving corporate clients. • Strong knowledge of the Brazilian Judiciary, procedural flows, courts' electronic systems, DJEN, DJE, DET, publications, summons/notifications, deadline management and Legal Controllership. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
