📋 Description

• Lead high-impact client-facing software development, automation, and consulting projects for global clients. • Ensure clarity, execution excellence, and on-time delivery in a fast-scaling environment. • Own project design and delivery focused on achieving outcomes across multiple complex initiatives. • Act as the senior point of accountability for scope, timelines, budget, risk, and quality. • Lead and influence cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery discipline. • Communicate project health, milestones, and risks to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience, ideally supporting US or global clients. • Strong client-facing experience, managing external stakeholders and acting as the primary delivery owner. • Experience leading technical delivery teams, with direct accountability for execution and outcomes. • Strong technical background, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and automation teams. • Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and when to apply each. • Proven ability to drive projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, risk, budget, and timelines. • Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar. • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities. • Ability to work US business hours.
