📋 Description

• Lead high-impact IT and automation projects for global clients • Own the overall project design and delivery focused on achieving outcomes across multiple complex initiatives • Act as the senior point of accountability for scope, timelines, budget, risk, and quality • Lead and influence cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery discipline • Establish and enforce project governance, delivery standards, and best practices while remaining delivery-focused • Partner closely with clients and internal leadership to set expectations, make trade-off decisions, and resolve escalations • Provide clear direction to keep projects moving forward and teams unblocked • Proactively identify delivery risks and dependencies, and drive mitigation strategies at a strategic level • Oversee project financials, resource planning, and delivery forecasting to ensure commercial success • Communicate project health, milestones, and risks to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence • Support continuous improvement across delivery processes, tooling, and team performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience, ideally supporting US or global clients • Strong client-facing experience, managing external stakeholders and acting as the primary delivery owner • Experience leading technical delivery teams, with direct accountability for execution and outcomes (not a PMO or reporting-only role) • Strong technical background, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and automation teams • Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and when to apply each • Proven ability to drive projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, risk, budget, and timelines • Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities • Ability to work US business hours
