📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle from inbound discovery through close and onboarding handoff • Run 15+ discovery calls per week with C-level and Director-level U.S. buyers • Manage 50+ warm inbound leads each month • Nurture “not now” leads until timing is right • Keep HubSpot clean, with every deal staged and next step recorded • Collaborate with Support and Operations for smooth client transitions • Consistently hit and exceed monthly quota • Participate in structured sales playbook, coaching, interviews, video assessment, and live role play

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, B2C sales, outbound sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or another quota-carrying role • Personally owned a pipeline and was accountable for results • Consultative selling approach • English at C1 or C2 level, clear and confident with U.S. buyers • CRM discipline using HubSpot or equivalent • Self-accountability for sales numbers • Ability to work 9-hour shifts following U.S. business hours • Mandatory availability for training from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time • Ability to consistently work in Eastern Time, including Daylight Saving Time adjustments • Monday–Friday availability during U.S. business hours • Self-provided computer/laptop meeting company specifications • Reliable high-speed internet: minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload • Professional headset • Quiet, distraction-free professional stationary work environment • Backup power/internet solution • Ability to conduct video assessment and participate in live role play during hiring process
