• Audit, consolidate, and refactor redundant Salesforce automations, validation rules, and formula fields • Standardize naming conventions, guardrails, and best practices • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement configuration changes to reduce save times and errors • Create or refine UAT plans and test scripts and guide business users through UAT • Triage, reproduce, and resolve platform bugs and performance issues • Track defects to closure and document root causes and fixes • Produce comprehensive documentation covering data model, automations, permissions, and high-level integrations • Organize documentation in tools such as Confluence with diagrams, runbooks, and change logs • Establish documentation standards to reduce future technical debt • Define and report metrics demonstrating debt reduction • Provide stakeholder-friendly updates on progress, risks, and next steps • Partner with a project manager to translate business needs into technical requirements • Build scalable, declarative Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices • Proactively claim tasks from a dedicated queue and deliver on time
• Salesforce Administrator/Consultant focused on declarative configuration and org optimization • Proven experience consolidating and migrating legacy automations (Workflow Rules/Process Builder) into scalable Flows • Strong command of validation rules and formula fields • Demonstrated experience planning and supporting UAT • Experience troubleshooting platform bugs and performance issues • Strong documentation skills, including configuration guides, diagrams, and runbooks • Ability to establish documentation standards • Experience partnering with a project manager to define technical requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions • Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, scheduled) • Profiles/permission sets • Data model design • Performance tuning • Troubleshooting/debugging • Change management basics • Reliable internet connection of at least 40MBPS • Computer with at least 8GB RAM and Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher • Headset with extended noise-canceling microphone and webcam • Backup computer and internet connection • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home • Ability to work 40 hours per week during Pacific Standard Time • Jira/Confluence familiarity highly preferred
