📋 Description

• Partner with sales and service teams to understand workflows and Salesforce usage supporting customer engagement • Identify opportunities to improve platform usability, efficiency, adoption, and data quality • Translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations • Serve as a point of contact for Salesforce questions, guidance, and improvement ideas • Administer and configure objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, reports, and dashboards • Maintain data quality through validation, cleanup, and lifecycle management • Manage user access, including profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy • Work with the Salesforce Architect on refactoring and simplifying configurations • Participate in change reviews for scalability, maintainability, and best-practice adherence • Reinforce governance guardrails and prevent technical debt • Support ticket queues through triage, root-cause documentation, and request resolution • Onboard users, deliver training, and support change-management initiatives • Provide training and upskilling across the organization • Support end-to-end testing of features and enhancements • Assist with sandbox management and deployment coordination • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guidance • Monitor platform usage and adoption trends and recommend improvements • Refine Salesforce processes as business needs evolve

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and declarative automation, including Flows • Experience supporting sales and/or service organizations in a production Salesforce environment • Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and reporting capabilities • Ability to translate business requirements into effective platform solutions • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with business stakeholders • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator preferred • Experience working alongside Salesforce architects or development teams preferred • Exposure to integrations, APIs, or external system coordination preferred • Exposure to Data Cloud preferred • Experience administering managed packages/AppExchange apps and coordinating with integrated external systems preferred • Experience supporting organizations with complex or evolving Salesforce usage preferred • Experience with Freshservice or ServiceNow • Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira • Ability to work night shift aligned to US time
