• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field • 3+ years of experience in social media management for brands • Proven track record of growing social media engagement and following • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms • Strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with paid social media advertising • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles • Photography and basic video editing skills • Experience with influencer marketing campaigns • Additional certification preferred • Expert knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook) • Strong creative writing and copywriting abilities • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) • Data analysis and reporting capabilities • Crisis management and community moderation • Project management and organizational skills • Understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
