📋 Description

• Manage records in HubSpot (log detailed call notes and next steps, update information about accounts and contacts, etc.) • Focus on uncovering new business opportunities across the Tech / Financial Services industries • Assist in developing a strategic plan for key accounts and industry verticals • Ensure that strong ties with key accounts are developed, maintained and leveraged for greater revenues and deeper relationships • Manage internal and external sales processes • Assist in scheduling, research, and logistic responsibilities for upcoming events • Assist with keeping track of events, contacts, and meetings • Assist in researching brands and clients/prospects • Additional focus on AI and how it impacts the sales space

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills: written, oral, and listening • Detail-orientated for the implementation of complex strategies • Knowledge of HubSpot/Salesforce is a strong plus • Familiarity with Google suite (e.g. Google Docs/Sheets/etc) • High attention to detail and comfortable taking on multiple projects at once • Comfort speaking with new people, ability to find common ground • Tech savvy and able to pick up new skills quickly • Outgoing personality
