📋 Description

• You identify corporate structures before they identify themselves, develop clever strategies, and manage the entire process from first contact to contract signing • You handle new customer acquisition and account management in the DACH region for our TIMEBASE® solution • You connect with people, not just titles – from IT leadership to hospital executives • You find out who talks to whom (and who actually has the decision-making authority) • Market research and independent networking within healthcare, with our partner companies, prospects, and customers are a matter of course • Negotiations with decision-makers, from first contact to closing • You work solution-oriented in a team with colleagues from other areas such as product management, consulting, and development and represent magrathea at industry events

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in selling software solutions • Experience in healthcare / eHealth is an advantage • You think strategically, recognize patterns, and have a clear compass—especially in corporations where paths can be winding • You are proficient in gap analysis (current vs. target state): you analyze the current situation with our customers, identify challenges, and present solutions • You are skilled at building relationships and conducting conversations that focus on the other party rather than yourself • You enjoy teamwork, prefer collaborating with others rather than competing, and appreciate joint decision-making • MEDDPICC is not a foreign term to you and you understand how to apply modern B2B sales methodically
