📋 Description
• Provide remote diagnostic assistance and technical support for vehicles through connected vehicle platforms, telematics systems, and diagnostic tools • Monitor and analyze vehicle health data • Perform remote fault diagnosis of IC engine vehicles & Electric vehicles • Analyze recurring field issues and report findings • Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides
🎯 Requirements
• BE/B.Tech in Automobile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Mechatronics • 2 to 4 years experience in technical support in the Automotive industry • Experience in automotive troubleshooting • Exposure to latest technologies in automobiles including connected vehicle technologies, OTA etc. • Good analytical skills • Knowledge in automotive electricals and electronics
